Intel Studios

Art is in a constant state of flux and evolution. It references the past and looks to the future. This project was about the evolution of technology and a statement on this evolving medium, both in means and content.

From 2018-2020 Intel Studios’ 10,000-square-foot geodesic dome in Los Angeles was the world’s largest immersive media hub. Each of the studio’s ninety six, high-resolution 5K cameras captured and converted trillions of pixels into high quality, 3D volumetric content, translating to VR, AR and other virtual environments.

Reporting directly to the GM and internationally renowned artist, Ori Gersht, I worked with Intel to develop an ambitious, large-scale, location-based, interactive, VR artwork, designed to showcase the capabilities of longer-form volumetric content and the artist’s exceptional creative vision.
