The Stimming Pool
The Stimming Pool is a hybrid film that presents the possibilities of a world informed by autistic perspectives and perception.
Co-created by the Neurocultures Collective and artist-filmmaker Steven Eastwood, The Stimming Pool’ is an experimental, and sometimes magical film. Both off and on-screen, the film seeks to create new vantage points into the complex ecologies of filmmaking to explore how currently inadequate models might evolve to empower neurodiverse artists, audiences, and communities.
My work as an impact strategist involves driving the impact, outreach and engagement campaign i.e. the strategy a film team puts in place to ensure that our film spurs change on an issue.
